A successful property development and construction consultancy are looking for a career-focused Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
Working closely with the Director, the Senior Building Surveyor will be involved in the delivery of a range of projects including new build housing and hotel schemes, university refurbishments and new build commercial offices, ranging from 50k to 35m.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work with prestigious clients nationwide, offering a diverse portfolio of work and clear pathways for career progression.
In addition to leading major projects, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in expanding the team, contributing to the growth of this division and service line.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual with previous consultancy experience behind them.
- MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
- Experience in successful delivering both project and professional services
- An ambition to lead and develop a team
