The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a leading consultancy, currently operating across 26 successful offices, that pride themselves on a culture that is happy, vibrant and creative.

In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will provide a range of key professional services, including defect analysis, dilapidations, acquisitions, feasibility studies, design, specification writing, and contract administration.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will also be integral to the development and expansion of Building Surveying services throughout the West Midlands, working closely with the wider team to support their ongoing success.

Building Surveying Degree
MRICS qualification is preferred
Previous consultancy experience is ideal
