Site Agent

Excellent opportunity to manage and supervise the utilities delivery framework partners to carry out utility works. Interface with other agents and team leaders on main works.

Salary: Up to 60k p/a + Car Option + Lodge (Further than 55+ miles)

Location: Birmingham

Role Description:

  • Check and approve RAMS from delivery framework delivery partners including ensuring all fatal risks are being effectively controlled.
  • Produce audits on KPI's in line with Project objectives and monitors performance of the subcontract framework delivery partners.
  • Ensure quality is being monitored & delivered to the specified Inspection and test plans and raise any NCR for failures or under performance on company systems.
  • Manages sub-contractor performance based on KPI's.
  • Ensures production of operational target programmes to reflect overall construction programme.
  • Involved in the procurement of subcontractors and advises on commercial aspects and preferred required attendances.
  • Contributes to the CVR production where required.

Required Experience:

  • Has significant experience managing multi-utility diversion works.
  • Holds a current driving license.
  • CSCS Card - Supervisor minimum.
  • NVQ level 3 minimum or professional qualification - ONCV/HNC/Degree
  • SMSTS qualified.
  • NRSWA Supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of current H & S legislation.
