Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal fit-out on large-scale residential projects? We're working with a leading Main Contractor to recruit a dynamic Site Manager to oversee the internal packages on a high-profile 500-bed student accommodation scheme in Birmingham city centre.
The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality internal works to programme and budget. Working alongside a supportive Project Manager, you'll ensure smooth coordination of subcontractors, maintain high safety standards, and drive quality across the board.
Key Responsibilities:?? Managing internal packages from first fix to handover?? Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to the highest standard?? Ensuring health & safety compliance on site?? Coordinating with the wider site team to ensure programme deadlines are met?? Driving quality and resolving any site issues proactively
What We're Looking For:? Experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential schemes (student accommodation, PRS, BTR, apartments)? Strong background in internal fit-out and finishing? Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively? SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified? A proactive approach to problem-solving and site coordination
