Project Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage a commercial high-rise external project involving brickslip systems in Birmingham. You will oversee a team of skilled cladders, ensuring the smooth running of operations on-site, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a specialist external restoration company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day cladding operations.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards.
- Ensure work is completed to high standards and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience in supervising external or high-rise projects.
- Knowledge of brickslip systems preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Freelance status with eligibility to work as a contractor.
