Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker looking to step up into a leadership role? This organisation is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to provide high-quality care and guidance within a children's residential setting.
The Role:
- Leading and mentoring a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care
- Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development
- Ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people
- Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
- Contributing to care plans and maintaining high standards of practice

What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- At least one year of experience in a senior role within a children's residential home (Essential)
- Flexibility to work across different days, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for supporting young people
