They are now seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to play a key role in their highly professional team.In this role, you will oversee the commissioning process to ensure projects meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive commissioning plans, programs, and tracker documents, organizing and reporting on Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to confirm equipment readiness, and inspecting installations to ensure they are prepared for commissioning. You will also lead commissioning meetings, working closely with BMS/FA commissioning engineers to test and commission interfaces in readiness for L4 and L5 testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for collating and managing all test documentation to maintain compliance with industry standards.The ideal candidate will have experience in commissioning and management within the building services industry, along with a solid understanding of BSRIA and CIBSE standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and you should be flexible and willing to travel as needed. The person:
- Experienced in commissioning
- Good understanding of BSRIA and CIBSE standards
- Management experience
- Building services background
- Based in the South of England or the Midlands
- Willing to travel
- Comfortable staying away from home
- Clean UK driving license
- Current passport holder
