The Construction Project Manager Role
Specialising in Residential and Mixed-use projects, this consultancy is at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the construction sector. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, driving them from inception to completion and ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.
The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the team, leading the full cycle of Residential and Mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages. This position involves collaborating with diverse teams, effective communication with all stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and time management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Residential and Mixed-use projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
The Construction Project Manager
- Proven experience in managing Residential projects across different RIBA stages, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
- Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality.
- Holds relevant industry qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, RIBA), which are highly advantageous, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.
