- On-site Management: Oversee multiple projects and manage teams during works, including occasional night shifts.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client connections while identifying opportunities for new work streams.
- Project Documentation: Produce and manage all necessary documentation for ongoing projects.
- Site Visits: Conduct site assessments to capture client requirements and assist with pricing.
- Operational Coordination: Act as a vital link between on-site activities and office operations, ensuring labour, plant, and material needs are met.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in construction site management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and innovation.
- The drive to contribute to the growth of a business as part of its core team.
- Railway experience (preferred but not essential).
