£55,000 to £65,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + 25 Holiday Days + Pension
Are you a Contracts Manager from a Fit Out/construction background wanting to develop your knowledge in the industry, coached and mentored to grow into a commercial manager?

In this role you will assess potential projects, do site visits, interact, and negotiate with clients and suppliers to achieve best performance for the business as well as produce reports for leadership.
The ideal candidate is based in Birmingham, works in the construction, and fit out industry as a contracts manager or commercial manager, has excellent communication skills, experience in working with clients and suppliers and providing reports to leadership.
THE ROLE:
- Assess potential projects.
- Engage with clients and suppliers.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance company performance.
THE PERSON:
- Fit Out construction industry experience.
- Contract Management with clients and suppliers.
- Commutable to Birmingham and have car to travel if required.
