Foreman

My client are a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to oversees schemes across large infrastructure and highway schemes. The scope of works these schemes will include are drainage, utilities, and signage.

Foreman responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.
• Task briefings.
• Putting labour to work.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Record keeping.
• Liaising with the client, local authorities, and other subcontractors on site.
• Plant and machinery inspections.

Foreman requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid.
• NRSWA.
• Previous experience working across national highway or civils schemes.
• Full UK driving licence.
