We are seeking an experienced Interim Housing Consultant for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Housing Associations, particularly in Supported Living or Supported Accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance while balancing commercial objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on Housing Association roles and responsibilities.
- Support operational and strategic decision-making within the organisation.
- Lead Work Programme of Several Complex Supported Living Projects and work streams
- Work with Senior personnel to design housing-related strategies for individuals with complex needs.
- Commission detailed option appraisal exercise and develop evidence-based recommendations to best support stock investment and excellent customer service
- Have oversight of consultation mechanisms and ensure processes are in place and views of residents and other stakeholders are sought and considered throughout the programme
Requirements:
- Experience working for or with a Housing Association in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of regulation compliance and commercial aspects of housing services.
- Ability to start immediately and contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment.
