We are seeking an experienced Interim Housing Consultant for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Housing Associations, particularly in Supported Living or Supported Accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance while balancing commercial objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on Housing Association roles and responsibilities.
  • Support operational and strategic decision-making within the organisation.
  • Lead Work Programme of Several Complex Supported Living Projects and work streams
  • Work with Senior personnel to design housing-related strategies for individuals with complex needs.
  • Commission detailed option appraisal exercise and develop evidence-based recommendations to best support stock investment and excellent customer service
  • Have oversight of consultation mechanisms and ensure processes are in place and views of residents and other stakeholders are sought and considered throughout the programme

Requirements:

  • Experience working for or with a Housing Association in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of regulation compliance and commercial aspects of housing services.
  • Ability to start immediately and contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment.
