- Overall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables including but not limited to hardware, financial and commercial outputs, quality documentation, dispute management, customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
- Evaluate customer requirements to ensure that the company is able to satisfy customer needs in terms of both service/product and pricing for tenders.
- Ensure that sales & operations team members are adequately supported and that tenders are prepared in a timely and professional manner by the Project Estimator based on information gathered by the Technical Field Authority.

- Attend client site meetings as required and provide pro-active communication on job status and requirements to meet customer's expectations.
- Preparation of quality documentation and customer quality plans.
- Developing and maintaining relationships and interfaces with other key functions to drive all aspects of Engineering,
- Overall responsibility for project profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Production of reliable invoicing and gross profit forecasts for assigned projects including monthly % completion forecasting
- Management of all aspects of project finances ensuring that all activities are expedited appropriately in line with forecasts for invoices and payments
- Overall responsibility for project related documentation to facilitate timely project close outs (supported by operations)
- Liaising with operations supervision on a daily/weekly basis to ensure work scopes progress WIP on plan and customers are regularly updated
- Warranty handling, investigation, communication and resolution where required.
