Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor operating in the water industry. This high-profile and multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the industry and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will be based out of the Birmingham office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining programmes as well as producing forecasts and procurement schedules
  • Approving subcontractor invoices and ensuring payments are made within timescales
  • Monitoring and reviewing financial and delivery performance
  • Coordinating with the client and subcontractors regarding H&S audits/inspections
  • Liaising with the delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:

  • Experience of managing and delivering civil works from inception through to completion in the water (clean and/or waste) industry.
