Your new companyYou will work for a construction consultancy who specialise in project management. They operate across both public and private sectors, working with clients such as universities, residential developers and large retail businesses. They have been operating for over 20 years, and continue to have a strong presence in the market. Your new roleYou will work as a Project Manager based in their team in Birmingham, however you will have the opportunity to work from home and visit the office 1-2 times a month. You will manage large multi million pound projects from inception to completion. You will manage contract administration, bids and tenders as well as contractors and sub contractors. You will ensure the projects run to agreed timelines and specifications.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience as a project manager, who has worked with both pre and post contracts. You will be comfortable running projects from inception to completion and managing large scale projects. You will be keen to work for a small consultancy that offers opportunity and development.
