Join our client's Transformation department as they embark on exciting projects that drive change and innovation! ### Core PurposeAs a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects within the transformation programme. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate individual projects across the wider programme, requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

### What You'll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and a seamless transition into business as usual.
  • Take Ownership: Manage various projects, including creating detailed project plans, holding weekly meetings, and overseeing budget compliance.
  • utilise Standards: Maintain and develop project plans, identifying resource requirements and deliverables across projects.
  • Manage Dependencies: Highlight and address resource conflicts, escalating issues to the Director of Transformation when necessary.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide regular project status updates, focusing on time, cost, and quality.
  • Drive Change: Challenge existing ways of working and propose innovative solutions for improved processes.
