Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordinating, and supervising activities.
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Ensure legal and safety compliance in all project activities.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Operation Manager should have:
- Relevant educational background, ideally in construction or property related fields.
- Proven working experience in project management in the Construction Industry
- Excellent leadership, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
- Strong ability to manage, direct and coordinate operations.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
