Senior Project Manager Role
The Senior Project Manager will join their project management team to work on a variety of public sector projects with a particular focus within the healthcare sector.
The Senior Project Manager will also work as part of their project management discipline across a wide variety of sectors with world leading blue chip clients, sports and leisure, automotive OEM's, ground-breaking R&D organisations including defence, and some of the best academic research institutes.
Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities
- Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development
- Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required
- Experience within mixed use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking) and/or healthcare would be beneficial
- Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project
- Experience of report writing
Senior Project Manager Role - Requirements
- BSc Construction Project Management
- MAPM / ChPP / MRICS / MICOB
- General Commercial experience
- Experience of being the named NEC ECC Project Manager
- NHS Project Delivery Experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams.
- You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams to complete projects successfully.
