Key Responsibilities but not limited to:-
- Oversee residential fire sprinkler installations from start to finish.
- Prepare sales proposals and secure new installation contracts.
- Take ownership of financial performance for the installation division.
- Recruit, develop, and grow a high-performing project team from scratch.
- Ensure seamless operations between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and timelines while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Present project reports and contribute to business growth strategies.
