The Senior Project Manager will report into Directors and will be tasked to deliver projects from initiation to completion.

Client Details

I'm seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for a growing consultancy in their Nottingham office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team specialising in the delivery of significant Healthcare and Education projects. You'll have high exposure to key clients and stakeholders, and the chance to contribute to the leadership of a successful and expanding team.

Description

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Healthcare and Education projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion
  • Undertake comprehensive contract administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (JCT, NEC, etc.)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, fostering strong collaborative relationships within the Healthcare and Education sectors
  • Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, defining project governance, systems, and processes tailored to Healthcare and Education environment
  • Manage consultant teams and ensure project success

Profile

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the Healthcare and/or Education sectors is a plus
  • Deep understanding of traditional JCT and NEC contracts
  • Willingness to work from the Nottingham office full-time
  • Project experience with schemes ranging from £10m-£70m
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional body (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, etc.) is a plus
