Surveyor Project Manager required for a leading housing association.

The role will involve working on large scale capital projects / investment works and have responsibility for staff members and managing principle contractors.

Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will be responsible for ensuring multiple investment (or grant funded) projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the agreed scope and specification. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running and smooth operations of planned maintenance/investment projects and provide leadership and management to the technical team. You will be the main point of contact and oversee all communication between the contractor, strictly adhering to the Health & Safety Policy and protocols.

Ideally you will have worked within a housing background and have building related qualifications ideally MRICS / MCIOB.
