Their Development division oversee the infrastructure of large residential schemes for renowned major housebuilders. Committed to delivering a high quality service to their vast client base this company have developed long term business relationships allowing them to rapidly grow. Due to a strong pipeline of work they are now looking to add a Technical Manager to their dynamic development team.In this role you will work on behalf of a variety of residential clients working closely with a variety of stakeholders including Engineers, Architects and Contractors ensuring designs, reports and application are submitted accurately. You will oversee the whole process from concept through to completion.The ideal candidate will have technical engineering or design knowledge within the residential sector.
