As a Building Safety Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Inputting data, making sure all information is accurate and up to date for all works completed by contractors
  • Raising work orders and processing of certification, invoices and other contract documentation
  • Supporting meetings, taking minutes
  • Managing contractor diaries, making sure the work is completed on time

To be successful as a Building Safety Administrator, you will need:
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • To be able to work collaboratively as well as managing your own workload
  • Close attention to detail
  • Experience in the same, or similar roles such as repairs admin - yet not essential
