Building Safety Administrator

As a Building Safety Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Inputting data, making sure all information is accurate and up to date for all works completed by contractors
- Raising work orders and processing of certification, invoices and other contract documentation
- Supporting meetings, taking minutes
- Managing contractor diaries, making sure the work is completed on time
To be successful as a Building Safety Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent IT skills
- To be able to work collaboratively as well as managing your own workload
- Close attention to detail
- Experience in the same, or similar roles such as repairs admin - yet not essential
