Description
- Develop and implement health and safety policies in line with legislation.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on health and safety procedures.

- Monitor and report on health and safety performance to senior management.
- Develop risk assessment protocols and oversee their implementation.

Profile
A successful Health and Safety Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety or a related field.
- A strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and practices.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of staff.

- Experience in implementing safety measures and creating a culture of safety.
