An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adept Health and Safety Manager to oversee all health and safety regulations within our Construction department, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential hazards and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.

Description

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies in line with legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members on health and safety procedures.
  • Lead investigations into any incidents and ensure lessons are learnt and improvements made.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance to senior management.
  • Develop risk assessment protocols and oversee their implementation.
  • Maintain a positive health and safety culture within the Wolverhampton-based Construction department.
  • Ensure all health and safety documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Profile

A successful Health and Safety Manager should have:
