We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a housing association based in the Birmingham area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance Officer, you will be:
  • Completing site audits across contractors work and providing them with recommendations on the ways in which they can improve their levels of compliance and health and safety.
  • Conducting accident and incident investigations
  • Supporting the wider team reviewing health and safety policies and procedures, health and safety queries, audits and providing recommendations

Qualifications / Experience:
  • Previous experience working with the big 6 of compliance
  • Health and Safety background
  • Experience working with a large property portfolio
  • Previous experience working on a wide range of multi sites
  • NEBOSH qualification

As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
