Edge Careers is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager with New Build Affordable Housing experience for Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The West Midlands & North Midlands region are looking to source an experienced Contracts Manager or a Senior Site Manager ready to step up to manage multiple new buildhousingdevelopments.

You will work closely with the site teams and be influential in driving production, Health & Safety, and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day management of the site team, driving productivity to reach programme targets

Ensure all works carried out to required quality standards
Promote and maintain a safe working environment
Attend and participate in meetings as required
