Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in felt roofing to oversee and manage our roofing projects in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing contracts, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of felt roofing systems to provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with project goals and company standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
