Our client, Cladding and Roofing Contractors are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team due to rapid company growth.
As a Contracts Manager with a strong background in roofing and cladding you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of several contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Contracts Manager - Roofing and Cladding
Responsibilities
- Manage the general day-to-day running of several contracts
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and timely
- Induct all operatives and highlight any site-specific hazards or risks
- Organize and order materials, labor, and other trades as required by the contract
- Ensure all operatives work safely and that all certifications are up to date
- Communicate any issues to the client that may impact the safe and effective completion of the agreed works
- Monitor the progress of works to ensure completion within the agreed program
- Ensure works are completed within budget

Requirements
- Must have experience in roofing and cladding
- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and all relevant accreditations to carry out the job
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to ensure safety and compliance on-site
- Experience in managing multiple site operations and labor organization
