Contract Manager responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will have oversight of all refurbishment contracts, managing relations between clients and stakeholders, and be the go to between the Head of Service, and Estates Team.
- Liaise with the managers regarding development projects, ensuring the projects follow a standardised approach to service provision and will allow cost effective maintenance.
- Design, specify, plan and deliver programmes of planned maintenance, tailored to the buildings involved.
- Manage contracts and projects
