Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing direct labour and subcontractors on large commercial installations across the UK.
- Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in flooring contracts management.
- Ability to manage large-scale commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel nationally, although most projects are based in the West/East Midlands and surrounding areas.
- Valid CSCS card is required.
