Contracts Manager

Our client is a specialist interior contractor that work on projects within the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions, managing risks, variations, and claims effectively.
• Regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, specifically with Steel Frame Systems (SFS).
• Strong understanding of interior contracting, including fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
