Contracts Manager - Commercial and Industrial
Location:Midlands
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonuses, Car Allowance, Pension
We are seeking an experiencedContracts Managerto oversee multiple commercial and industrial projects across the Midlands. The successfulContracts Managerwill be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality results while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of contracts from agreement to final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and contractual obligations fulfilled.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations, including CDM 2015.
- Coordinate on-site teams and activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage and control project costs while minimizing risks and addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract-related communications and updates.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as aContracts Managerin the commercial or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of contract law and relevant industry regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as RICS or APM are highly desirable.
