I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a social housing provider in Birmingham. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the main contractor carrying out Roofing works. This is a 3-6 month contract.

Contracts Manager duties:
  • Oversee the Main contractor carrying out Roofing works
  • Ensure contracts contribute fully to the corporate agenda and works collaboratively to achieve cross cutting objectives and key priorities.
  • Ensure contracts are executed and administered in accordance with contract provisions, including the issue of relevant notices and implementation of corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and oversee performance monitoring (including cost monitoring, projection and analysis) of the contract and provide management information to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of the service

What is required for the role:
  • Strong experience around social housing
  • Experience managing repairs and maintenance contracts
  • Experience on planned maintenance projects
  • Knowledge of roofing.

This is an office based position, with business mileage provided for travel to sites when required.
