Job Description: Contracts Manager-Fit Out Projects

Location: Midlands area (Roaming role with home working)

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 all in package (DOE) & Expenses & Company Bonus

My client are seeking a Contracts Manager in the fitout industry to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, as their projects are across structural, builders, and roof works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects across the West Midlands and London region

- Oversee and manage multiple fitout projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Coordinate with structural, builders, and roofing teams as needed.

- Lead project teams, including administrative and Quantity Surveyor (QS) support.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Prepare and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project.

- Utilize Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and other relevant software for project management.

Experience and Skills Required:

- 4+ years at Contracts Manager level

- Strong construction background preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.

- Experience with Procore is desired but not necessary.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Experience working on projects within the commercial/public sector
