My client,a leading specialist in steelwork, is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage steelwork projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, site staff, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are controlled, and delivering projects within financial targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and administration, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and understood by both parties.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards across all stages of the project, from design to installation.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, potential risks, and mitigations.
  • Procurement and Subcontractor Management: Oversee procurement processes, ensuring the selection and management of subcontractors aligns with project requirements.

Requirements:
