Electrical Contracts Manager - Compliance

What You Will Do:

• Oversee and manage electrical compliance contracts from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch electrical services.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing schedules and project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks.
• Lead and mentor a team of site engineers, ensuring work schedules meet customer deadlines and budgets.
• Manage commercial performance of contracts, overseeing all costs, tendering, quoting, and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

What You Will Bring:

• Relevant NVQ or Degree level Electrical Qualification.
• Proven experience in electrical project management, particularly in contracts management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
