Our client is a specialist interior contractor that work on projects within the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions, managing risks, variations, and claims effectively.
- Regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, specifically with Steel Frame Systems (SFS).
- Strong understanding of interior contracting, including fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
