On behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding mechanical contractor, we are seeking talented professionals to join their growing team.
About the Role:
Our client is experiencing continued growth and is looking for experienced individuals to work on multiple commercial and healthcare projects in Birmingham & Oxford and other cities occasionally. These projects span sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and research. The positions are office-based in Birminghamwith site visits as required.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the role
- Experience managing various stages of the build process, from procurement and technical submittals to RFIs, construction, commissioning, and handover
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from 500k to 6m
- Excellent management, communication, and organisational skills
- A desire to grow and progress within a company that offers long-term career development
Additional Requirements:
- A full UK driving license is essential due to site visits
