The Role
As an experienced Contracts/Project Manager you will oversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a strong focus on programme management, coordination across multiple teams, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will serve as the first point of contact for all project-related matters and take responsibility for driving projects to successful completion.

- Extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong background in construction processes, methods, and regulations
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex programmes and deliver projects within tight timelines and budgets
