Job Title: Experienced Panel Fabricator
Location: West Bromwich
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Overtime: 1-2 hours per day available
- Saturdays: Required as needed
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Panel Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating and assembling panels, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand panel specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials such as metal, wood, or composites into panels.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure panels meet required standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot tools and machinery used in the fabrication process.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Work overtime as needed and be available for most Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Fabricator.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
