New Build Conveyancer – Central Birmingham

Our client is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to further their career within a well-established and forward-thinking law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of new build property matters from instruction to completion, including sales and purchases, equity transfers, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Achieving fee income targets in line with business objectives

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or possesses significant experience managing their own caseload independently
  • Is highly organised and process-driven, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness and an understanding of how business targets impact the firm
  • Has a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of client care
  • Is proficient in IT, with experience using web-based case management systems
