Tonic is searching for a Sous Chef to join our clients fine-dining restaurant in Birmingham City Centre. As Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Head chef, who will offer you training, support, and mentorship.
- As Sous Chef, you will be able to demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
- A positive, can-do' attitude is key
- You will have previous experience working to at least 2 rosette level
