  • £18-£21 p/hour
  • Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30
  • 50% Office based in Northfield - 50% travelling the south of Birmingham
  • Temporary contract with the potential of becoming a permanent role
Key duties of the Customer Liaison Officer:
  • Booking in surveys with customers
  • Travelling out to customers and assisting surveyors
  • Using systems for data input
  • Liaising with customers and surveyors to ensure effective communication throughout
  • Ensuring any customer queries are dealt with and you are gathering feedback on service
  • General RLO duties as required
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will:
  • Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Desirable:
  • Previous undertaking of a similar role
