Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit a Principal Performance Officer on an interim basis for 12 months. This role involves providing performance and management information to support the management of the highway maintenance and management services contract. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing the performance of service provider(s) to recommend management actions and apply contract mechanisms.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of Interim Service Contract(s) through performance analysis related to payments to service providers.
