Description
* Manage and oversee the operation of the Birmingham office.* Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.* Lead and mentor the management team.* Take a lead on business development activities in the local market.
Profile
* ACA or ACCA qualified * Proven experience in a leadership role within a TS function.* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A deep understanding of the professional services industry.* Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.
