- Location: Remote-based
- Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (DOE)
- Industry expert responsible for the training needs analysis process with employers and the “technical curation” of learning content for all apprenticeship standards and commercial programs.
- Subject matter expert tasked with the development and continuous improvement of learning resources integrated into a blended learning delivery model.
- Confident and authentic communicator capable of managing key discussions with internal and external stakeholders at both technical and user-friendly levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a virtual team.
- An adaptive, innovative thinker with equal focus on content quality and user experience.
- Proficient in designing and developing apprenticeship and commercial training courses using various methodologies.
- Skilled in creating innovative curriculum strategies to deliver engaging learner programs and resources.
- Adept at translating technical L&D requirements into user-friendly language.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Annual Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (DOE)
- Pension: 4.5% employer / 4.5% employee contributions
