We are wprking with one of the best Training Providers in the market to help them recruit a new Delivery / Operations Manager.

This role has been created through growth and you’ll inherit a team of 8 Skills Coaches.

This is managing Apprenticeship provision and it’s all in white-collar professional services (L&M, HR, Coaching, L&D, Data/Tech)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of 8 Talent Coaches - accountable for QAR, learner progression & team engagement,
  • Experience or understanding of Teaching & Learning would be advantageous - you’ll work closely with quality on driving improvement throughout your team of 8 but a basic knowledge of what great teaching & learning looks like would be good.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Hiring - actively involved in finding great talent for your team.
  • Facilitate a coaching style of leadership, promoting professional development and excellence among Talent Coaches.
  • Willingness to do face-to-face meetings with your Talent Coaches as to ensure positive relationships are built.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in performance operations, KPIs, and quality management (desirable) within an apprenticeship setting.
  • Ability to drive key performance metrics such as qualification achievement rates, learner progression, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in one or more of our product sets (e.g., Leadership, Management, Project Management, Data/Tech) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work remotely while being available for face-to-face meetings.
