We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our team within Vistry Services, supporting across all our locations as per business need. As our Digital Learning Specialist, you will provide learning and development support to the variety of business change projects across the group. In this varied and challenging role, you will work closely with the Vistry Group project leads and subject matter expert (SME) community to facilitate project success. This is a pivotal role in supporting change with a heavy focus on consultation, training design and delivery and utilising the 70:20:10 development model to embed key knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout the business.

This is a part-time job share, working 2 days per week. This position is also fully remote

    • Extensive experience within a L&D function with specific emphasis on the design and delivery of eLearning and blended learning solutions
    • Full learning lifecycle design and delivery including experience developing and delivering instructor led programmes (face to face and virtual)
    • eLearning design and development
    • Knowledge and understanding of user experience design, including front end user interface and user journey design
    • eLearning authoring tools: Articulate Storyline & Rise or similar
    • Advanced level Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
    • Digitising existing learning content
    • Effective design & delivery of L&D solutions
    • Experience of TNA, planning & evaluating L&D solutions

    • Partner with project leads to understand their training requirements and offer consultation as to possible solutions, best practice and effective training methods and methodologies.
    • Develop your knowledge of new systems including Microsoft Dynamics and COINS and learn workflows in order to design and deliver relevant, bespoke training and documentation that supports project roll outs.
    • Create in-house interactive eLearning and blended learning solutions utilising remote delivery via Microsoft Teams.
    • Promote and embed the subject matter expert concept as the preferred support and training delivery model for business as usual activity.
    • Work with SMEs to identify and agree how existing face to face content can be converted into digital learning.
    • Analyse learner responses to the blended learning solutions to improve and develop those programs.
    • Develop and deliver L&D solutions as required in line with the blended learning approach and 70-20-10 development model.
    • Digitise existing training content and documentation to allow for groupwide deployment via the Learning Management System.
    • Provide L&D advice and guidance to the business and L&D team as required.
    • Raise developments, issues and risks to L&D departments and ensure that L&D managers are aware of any issues at the earliest opportunity.
    • Act as a proactive L&D team member willing to cover wider team responsibilities as required.
    • Act in accordance with all SHE policies and procedures.
