Tutor

Our Client, a well-respected Training Provider who have recently been awarded an "Outstanding" rating by OFSTEAD, are looking for an experienced Tutor to deliver Level 5 apprenticeship training courses to include Coaching Professional and Operational Management/ Operations Manager.

The role will be home based as most training will be delivered remotely, with occasional travel as required. Starting salary of around £35,000 (flexible depending on experience.)

The successful candidate will be required to:-

• Deliver quality training and support to increase the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the apprentice.
• Plan, develop and deliver training workshops.
• Manage own diary, ensuring high quality work is carried out.
• Visit employers / apprentices place of business to conduct progress reviews, observations and assessments of learners’ competence and progress.
• Ensure audit requirements are adhered to.
• Maintain relationships with workplace mentors to ensure apprentices are supported throughout their programme.
• Ensure learners are progressing well, keeping records up to date.
• Assist with the delivery of Functional Skills.
• Deliver excellent IAG to Apprentices.
• Support learner to enhance their career path.

The ideal candidate will have:-

• Previous experience in a tutor role.
• Experience delivering level 5 qualifications.
• Experience delivering training via Microsoft TEAMS.
• Experience delivering level 5 Operational Management / Operations Manager apprenticeship training course.
• Experience delivering level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship training course.
• PGCE/PTLLS/DTLLS qualification or willingness to complete.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• A confident approach in dealing with employers and learners.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• The ideal candidate will be located in the Midlands area, but this is flexible depending on the candidate.
